Email

The most standard and offered way of contact is email. This is also supported by BLOX contact. The advantage of email is that you can ask and share anything you want to know and make clear at any time of day. So also screenshots if you get an error message, for example. The disadvantage is that you can’t expect to get a response at any time of day. In most cases they will respond within 48 hours, depending on how busy they are and the severity of your question. Since trading at BLOX is done exclusively via the mobile application, we think email isn’t the best option if you already have the app in use.

Contactform

Within the option to contact BLOX includes also the contact form. This form is a glorified email with the same purpose as described above. An email message will be sent after you have completed and sent the form. The contact form will not be used quickly, but it is nice that it is offered as a service. You can be sure that your request will be received correctly. Again, in most cases you can expect an answer within 48 hours.

In app chat

This is the perfect outcome if you want a quick response to your question. The chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can therefore ask your question or raise your problem at any time. It allows you to reach the customer service anytime, anywhere.

Telephone

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to contact BLOX by phone. With this form of support, the broker from Nijmegen distinguished itself from many competitors.
